including waterproof cushions and pillows, outdoor rugs, and patio furniture protective covers—you acknowledge and agree to
the legal terms outlined herein.
1. GENERAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
All content, product designs, brand names, graphics, domain names (including h5gm5i-gw.myshopify.com), logos, and
written materials displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of LINX EQUITY PTY LTD or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited
under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
A. Waterproof & Water-Resistant Outdoor Cushions / Pillows
Our outdoor cushions and throw pillows are crafted using water-resistant/repellent textile technology designed to withstand
light rain, splashes, and surface moisture.
Water Resistance vs. Waterproofing: "Water-resistant" or "waterproof" fabric treatments are designed to repel
surface liquids under standard outdoor conditions. Submersion in water or exposure to prolonged, heavy continuous
rainfall may allow water penetration through seams or zipper lines.
Maintenance & Care Requirement: To prevent mildew, mold growth, or fabric degradation, cushions should be stored
indoors or placed under protective covers during extreme weather or extended non-use.
Color Fading: While fabrics feature UV-resistant treatment, long-term exposure to direct, continuous sunlight may
result in natural color softening over extended periods.

B. Outdoor Area Rugs
Outdoor rugs sold on our platform are engineered for patio, deck, and balcony use using synthetic, weather-durable fibers.
Surface Safety & Slippage: Rugs placed on smooth, wet, or polished outdoor surfaces (such as stained wood, tile, or
composite decking) may slip unless anchored by furniture or secured with a non-skid rug pad. LINX EQUITY PTY LTD
is not liable for slip-and-fall incidents.
Weathering & Staining: Regular maintenance, sweeping, and prompt cleaning of organic debris (leaves, soil, food
spills) are required to prevent permanent staining or discoloration.

C. Patio Furniture Protective Covers
Our heavy-duty protective covers are designed to guard outdoor furniture against dust, dirt, UV rays, rain, and bird
droppings.
Proper Fitment & Sizing: Customers are solely responsible for measuring furniture prior to purchase. Using
incorrectly sized covers may cause tension tears or reduce protective efficacy.
Condensation & Moisture Trapping: While covers feature ventilation panels, ambient humidity and temperature
fluctuations can trap moisture underneath. Users must ensure furniture is completely dry before covering and
periodically air out covered furniture to prevent mold.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law), LINX EQUITY PTY LTD shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
Improper installation, maintenance, misuse, or storage of products contrary to care instructions.
Property damage caused by extreme weather events (e.g., severe storms, hurricanes, extreme hail) exceeding standard
product tolerances.
Normal wear and tear, color fading, or chemical damage caused by harsh cleaning agents or chlorine from pools.
4. WARRANTIES & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Products found to have
manufacturing defects will be evaluated under our standard warranty policy upon submitting order proof and photograph
evidence to [email protected].
5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Notice and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria,
Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or purchased products shall be subject to the
